Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Wrong Size or Model (Replacement Policy)

Fridge gaskets sensitive items hote hain. Agar aapne galti se galat size ya model order kar diya hai:

• Condition: Hum product ko Replace kar denge, lekin aane-jaane ka Courier Charge customer ko dena hoga.

2. Damaged or Defective Item (Free Replacement)

Agar aapko kuta-fata (damaged) ya defective product milta hai:

• Free Replacement: Hum aapko naya product bhejenge bina kisi extra charge ke.

• Deadline: Delivery milne ke 24-48 ghante ke andar humein photo ya video ke saath inform karna zaroori hai.

3. Refund Policy (Paisa Wapsi)

• Refund: Refund tabhi process hoga agar hum product replace karne mein asamarth (not available) hain.

• Non-Returnable: Used (istemal kiya hua) ya chipkaya (fixed) hua gasket wapas nahi liya jayega.

• Timeframe: Refund amount 5-7 working days mein aapke bank account/original payment method mein credit ho jayega.

4. Order Cancellation
